Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at liquidhealth.info@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Free return shipping is available. Please note, items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
